Nordic walking

It is a dynamic, fun and friendly activity which takes place on Nordic type terrains. Outdoor activity, sport of well being and health thanks to the specific walking poles or "nordic sticks". It is a walking technique which benefits the whole body, working the legs, arms, abdominals, dorsals; 80% of the muscular chain.The health benefits are numerous. Sessions are done in three steps: warmup, practise and stretching.

This activity is open to anyone with a minimum physical condition from 12 years old.

 

Equipment: trainers with a good sole, a pair of specific poles and you are ready to discover the magnificient tracks of the Aravis. This activity is offered year round, using packed snow tracks in the winter.
